Comps Business Partnership Terms & Conditions

These Business Partnership Terms & Conditions (“Agreement”) govern participation in the Comps Partnership Program (“Program”) operated by Comps (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).

By applying to or participating in the Program, you (“Partner”) agree to the following terms.

1. Partnership Overview

The Comps Partnership Program allows approved partners to promote Comps products and services in exchange for commission or agreed commercial arrangements.

Partnership types may include:

  • Affiliate & Revenue Share

  • Strategic & Platform Integrations

  • Education Partnerships

  • Enterprise / Institutional Partnerships

Approval into the Program is at Comps’ sole discretion.

2. Affiliate & Revenue Share Terms

2.1 Commission Structure

Approved affiliates are eligible to receive:

  • 10% recurring commission per paid account

  • Commission applies for up to 36 months per referred customer

  • Commission applies only to active, paid subscriptions

  • If a customer cancels, commission stops immediately

2.2 Payment Terms

  • Commissions are calculated monthly.

  • Payments are issued monthly, within 30 days of month-end.

2.3 Attribution

  • Referrals are tracked via unique affiliate links.

  • Attribution is based on last-click or as defined in the affiliate dashboard.

Comps is not responsible for tracking errors caused by blocked cookies, browser restrictions, or third-party software.

3. Partner Responsibilities

Partners agree to:

  • Promote Comps honestly and accurately.

  • Avoid misleading, exaggerated, or false claims.

  • Not present Comps as a guaranteed profit system.

  • Not engage in spam, unsolicited marketing, or deceptive practices.

  • Comply with all applicable laws and advertising regulations.

Any violation may result in termination and forfeiture of unpaid commissions.

4. Intellectual Property

Comps grants Partners a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use approved marketing materials solely for promoting Comps.

Partners may not:

  • Modify logos without permission

  • Create misleading branding

  • Represent themselves as official employees of Comps

All intellectual property remains the sole property of Comps.

5. Prohibited Conduct

Partners may not:

  • Bid on branded keywords such as “Comps” in paid ads without written approval.

  • Create imitation websites or deceptive landing pages.

  • Offer unauthorized discounts.

  • Misrepresent trading risks or guarantee profits.

Comps reserves the right to terminate partnerships immediately for violations.

6. Strategic & Integration Partnerships

For API, white-label, enterprise, or integration partnerships:

  • Separate written agreements may apply.

  • Commercial terms will be negotiated individually.

  • Data usage must comply with applicable regulations.

  • Confidential information must not be disclosed.

7. Compliance & Risk Disclosure

Comps provides trading tools and AI-driven analysis.
We do not provide financial advice.

Partners must not:

  • Represent Comps as an investment advisor.

  • Promise guaranteed returns.

  • Encourage irresponsible trading behavior.

Trading involves risk, and capital loss is possible.

8. Term & Termination

This Agreement remains in effect until terminated.

Comps may terminate:

  • For breach of terms

  • For inactivity

  • At its discretion with 30 days’ notice

Upon termination:

  • Unpaid commissions tied to fraudulent or policy-violating activity will be forfeited.

  • Approved commissions earned prior to termination remain payable.

9. Limitation of Liability

Comps shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential damages

  • Lost profits

  • Platform downtime

  • Tracking discrepancies outside reasonable control

Maximum liability shall not exceed commissions earned in the prior three months.

10. Modification of Terms

Comps reserves the right to update these Terms at any time.
Partners will be notified of material changes.

Continued participation constitutes acceptance of updated terms.

11. Governing Law

No Refund Policy

All payments made to Comps, including subscriptions, credits, and access fees, are final and non-refundable, regardless of usage, strategy performance, or user satisfaction.
Purchased plans and credit packages cannot be refunded, reversed, or partially credited under any circumstances.


No Rollover or Usage Credit

Unused subscriptions, credits, or plan time do not roll over to the next billing period.
Expired or unused portions have no cash value and cannot be carried forward.
